From Garden State Parkway Southbound (From points North):

Take local lanes to Exit 117-A. Turn onto Lloyd Rd. Go to the end of Lloyd and turn right at the light onto Rt. 79. Sterling Gardens is 1 mile up on the right side.

From Garden State Parkway Northbound (From points South):

Take Exit 109. Turn left at light onto Newman Springs Rd. (Rt. 520). Continue on Rt. 520 through Lincroft and Holmdel into Marlboro. Make right onto 79 North. (A&P on right corner). Continue about 5 miles. Sterling Gardens is on the right about 1/2 mile up from the Lloyd Road traffic light.

From New Brunswick Area/Rt. 1/NJ Turnpike/Rt. 18:

Take Rt. 18 South through Brunswick Areas. After you pass through Spotswood Area, look for signs "Matawan/Rt. 516 East." (Exit will be almost immediately passed overpass; almost right under it). Take 516 East. You will pass under Rt. 9 bridge. After approximately 10 minutes, at traffic light make right onto Rt. 79. Sterling Gardens is 1 mile on the left.
